        建议给Python以及C++加入onnx runtime运行库，

ONNX作为现有的神经网络部署通用格式，其支持运行包括tensorflow、pytorch、kares、mxnet、caffe2、paddlepaddle等深度学习框架导出的模型。

另外ONNX Runtime的推理性能普遍高于Pytorch上直接运行的模型，在CPU上的运行速度能提高2~4x甚至更多。

        stable版本的libtorch 1.5已经发布，请求增加；目前有预编译的二进制库可以下载，链接生成和一般C++库也没有很大差异，详见https://pytorch.org/cppdocs/installing.html（这个链接的下载地址还没更新，换成https://download.pytorch.org/libtorch/cpu/libtorch-cxx11-abi-shared-with-deps-1.5.0%2Bcpu.zip即可）

* Eigen3

Python有numpy可以方便地处理矩阵运算，C++也应该要有一个比较合适∠(°ゝ°)
Eigen是一个线性代数的运算库，TensorFlow内部的张量计算使用的就是它。
我在Bot的部分逻辑中用到了矩阵运算，使用的就是Eigen。

Ubuntu下可以通过apt安装（libeigen3-dev) ，默认情况下可用<eigen3/Eigen/...>包含头文件。
